00:13last 10 years, the PHBA has averaged paying out $28.5 million a year in awards. And those awards
00:21were distributed not just to a handful of wealthy participants, but among 376 breeders. The top PA
00:29breeder last year, an outfit called Uptown Charlie Brown Stud, received over $868,000.
00:38PA breds run at three tracks, obviously. They run at Parks, Presque Isle Downs, and Penn National.
