00:00And if I could ask a question about the judge as well, how does a President define a bad
00:05judge?
00:06Just someone who disagrees with him?
00:07No.
00:08And it's a dangerous precedent in this case because this is a temporary ruling from Judge
00:12Boasberg that he could ultimately rule in your favor.
00:15Is he setting up a standard here for calling for the impeachment of a judge who may ultimately
00:20rule on your side?
00:22No.
00:23It has nothing to do with disagreeing with the President on policy.
00:26It's with disagreeing with the Constitution and the law.
00:29And it's trying to usurp the authority of the executive branch of this country.
00:33It's having baseless reasoning for these injunctions.
00:37And it's a clear effort by these judges to slow roll this President's agenda.
00:42And if you just look at the injunctions that this President has faced, deporting foreign
00:47terrorists from our homeland, hiring and firing of executive branch employees when the President
00:54is the executive of the executive branch.
00:57You also see an injunction by a partisan activist judge when it comes to the Secretary of Defense
01:03trying to determine the readiness of our troops and the qualifications of our troops in our
01:09armed forces.
01:10Does a single district court judge really have more authority over the Commander-in-Chief
01:15and the Secretary of Defense to determine who should serve in our United States Armed
01:19Forces?
01:20Absolutely not.
01:21Anyone who has taken a basic civics lesson can understand that.
01:25And it's ridiculous lawfare that we are witnessing.
01:28And it's –
01:29The President said he supports – I'm sorry, the President said he respects the Chief Justice
01:33here.
01:34Mm-hmm.
01:35Does he respect him specifically on this case, in this opinion, or respects him overall?
01:40And has he spoken to any other Supreme Court justice about it?
01:42He – the President respects Chief Justice Roberts overall.
01:45He just expressed that to me in the Oval Office.
01:48But it's also quite clear that the Supreme Court needs to rein in these judges who are
01:52acting as partisan activists.
01:54And they are undermining the judicial branch, and it's a dereliction of duty on their
01:59behalf.
