00:00Senator Bato de la Rosa is studying to hide from being arrested by the International Criminal Court.

00:16just like what happened to former President Rodrigo Duterte,

00:19Senator Bato de la Rosa is likely to hide.

01:05that he will allow it while he's pursuing legal remedies.

01:20while I'm still a Senator of this Republic.

01:23His statement that he will give up

01:26if the ICC will arrest him

01:28to take care of former President Duterte in the Netherlands

01:31was dismissed as impossible.

01:33And it's hard to visit Duterte even with his children.

01:37Dela Rosa also told National Security Advisor Eduardo Año,

01:42who used to be Duterte's AFP chief and cabinet member.

01:45Año is one of the few who knew about Duterte's secret arrest.

01:51He contacted the staff of President Duterte

01:58and told them that he will be arrested.
