00:00Two days after the gift of a cellphone, the 12-year-old student was held up in Taguig.

00:05The suspect rider introduced himself.

00:08He was looking for the three known victims.

00:17Around 6 in the morning, a student in Barangay Calzada in Taguig was caught riding a motorcycle.

00:24The rider was turning back on the road when he turned around.

00:27He stopped the student who was walking away while the rider was still following him.

00:33As he was walking away, he saw the rider who was holding a cellphone.

00:38The rider was the 12-year-old student, along with his mother.

00:43The victim told me what happened.

00:46He said he would follow a classmate when the rider asked about the three people he met.

00:53They asked me if I knew a person who would accompany me.

01:00They asked me to leave, so I left.

01:02They went around the area.

01:06The man borrowed his cellphone to message the person he was looking for.

01:11But he did not return the cellphone and threatened him.

01:16He threatened me with a gun.

01:18He told me not to shout. He told me to shoot.

01:21According to the victim's mother, the son was very scared of what happened.

01:25He said he would shoot me. He would kill me. He did that again and again.

01:29According to the victim's mother,

01:31they gave the son a cellphone that was only two days old.

01:35It was the first time the son brought a cellphone because of an open exam where he was allowed to use a cellphone.

01:41Using a different gadget, the victim was able to read the rider's message

01:45for the person he knew because he used his own account.

01:49According to the message, Jason, the romanticist, introduced the suspect.

01:53We are referring the suspect to the CSWD for counselling.

02:00With the help of the barangay, the mother filed a formal complaint with the police to find the suspect.

02:06If you have a consent to return the cellphone, it was only two days old when my son held it.

02:13If you do not return it, you will not be able to use it because we will block you.
