The Marvel Cinematic Universe is a well-oiled machine, one that methodically releases new content in theaters and streaming with a Disney+ subscription. While fans are looking to the upcoming Marvel movies, they're also hyped about the forthcoming release of "Daredevil: Born Again." And while fans might be suffering from superhero fatigue, the show's EP Brad Winter Brad Winderbaum shared why the new show is actually a "new era" for MCU TV.

What we know about "Daredevil: Born Again" is limited, but anticipation for the series is steadily growing, especially for those who watched the original Netflix show. When speaking with CinemaBlend's own Riley Utley at the "Born Again" press junket (as seen in the video above), producer/Marvel exec Winderbaum spoke about how the forthcoming series will usher something new for the MCU's television content.

00:00I wanted to ask you about bringing Daredevil back into the fold after it had three seasons beforehand with the same actors.
00:06What's the difference between working on the other Disney Plus shows that are kind of newer and like they have a much fresher taste
00:13in comparison to working on Born Again, which feels like a continuation of what we know and love from from before?
00:19Well, I think I think in many ways, Born Again represents a new era for Marvel television, television as television.
00:28It's not about the tapestry.
00:31It's about New York City and this world in this one show.
00:36And it's a world that's extremely rich.
00:39What Dario has done is kind of map out New York City like a, you know, kind of a medieval empire and and the power struggle within it
00:48that I think can last for many seasons without having to think about, you know, Thor showing up at any point.
