00:00Two motorcycles collided in Pangasinan,

00:03one of the riders was injured.

00:05The other was hit by a truck with wheels in Manila.

00:09This is Rafi Tima's report.

00:14The rider was crossing the road in Malasiki, Pangasinan

00:17when another rider collided with him.

00:19The two of them collided.

00:20They were taken to the hospital but one of them survived.

00:24The owner of the motorcycle refused to give his consent.

00:27According to the police, the two collided with each other.

00:31In Tondo, Manila, the motorcycle collided with a red truck

00:36on Mel Lopez Boulevard.

00:38Later on, the truck moved to the right

00:40to overtake the car in front of it.

00:42Here, the motorcycle collided with the truck.

00:45The woman was hit by the wheel of the truck.

00:48Her helmet was broken and her head was pierced.

00:51The truck was red.

00:53No matter how loud I shouted, it wouldn't stop.

00:56That's why I called the TMR.

00:59According to one of the first responders of the accident,

01:01the motorcycle taxi rider seemed to be paralyzed

01:03when he saw his passenger.

01:05The truck driver was arrested

01:07and taken to the Manila Traffic Sector

01:09along with the injured rider.

01:11The driver of the dump truck was involved

01:13in reckless imprudence, assaulting two homesides,

01:16physical injury and damage to property.

01:19The driver of the motorcycle taxi was also involved.
