00:00Malacanang hired farmers to sell their rice products directly to the National Food Authority or NFA.
00:09Then, some farmers let some farmers buy their rice from low-income rice traders.
00:18So Malacanang approached farmers in their LGUs to connect them to the NFA.

00:33The government also plans to buy trucks that farmers can use to sell their rice.
