00:00China's initiative to offer zero-tariff treatment to least-developed countries, LDCs, with which
00:07it has diplomatic relations, has greatly advanced trade liberalization, ushering in a new phase
00:13of shared prosperity and collaborative growth.
00:17On 10 March, it marked 100 days since the implementation of this zero-tariff policy
00:23for all products from LDCs that maintain diplomatic ties with China.
00:29For goods from Mali, Niger and Zambia, the requirement of a third-country official non-processing
00:33certificate is waived.
00:36This allows these goods to directly enjoy zero-tariff benefits, further enhancing the
00:41efficiency and convenience of preferential tariff access for business.
00:47Preferential tariff rates for LDCs reduces costs for Chinese importers and improves export
