At a press gaggle yesterday, Stephen Miller weighed in on the controversy around former President Biden's alleged autopen usage on pardons.

00:00with Colombia.
00:01Steven, so the president last night said that President Biden's pardons of those involved
00:06in January 6th committee are void.
00:07Does it mean that he might have plans to further investigate either January 6th or in 2020
00:13election results?
00:14Well, I mean, the president said the, since, this is an important point, by the way, it's
00:18not just that the pardons were signed with an autopsy.
00:23It's that clearly the former president, Joe Biden, had absolutely no awareness of or any
00:29clue about what was being signed in his name when he's on a beach in Delaware doing God
00:32knows what.
00:33In other words, you have all these instances where you can show that something was signed
00:37by an autopan when Joe Biden was not even physically present or aware around at all.
00:41And so the accumulation of evidence makes it clear that Joe Biden had no awareness,
00:45no knowledge, no participation, and frankly, in the administration of government for four
00:49years, but in particular, in this case, with respect to his pardons, which then means,
00:53of course, the Department of Justice has its own authorities to pursue as it sees fit.
00:57Any other questions?
00:58Steven, on the same note, are you aware of any investigations that the president has
01:02called for into any of the people who were on the January 6th meeting?
01:07Well, I mean, the president has been clear publicly for a long time about his view about
01:13the misconduct that has occurred.
01:14For example, the erasure of all of the records, what can only be described as one of the most
01:20preposterous cover-ups that we've ever seen.
01:23And again, the Department of Justice has its own authorities and is able to pursue those
01:27under the direction of the Attorney General.
