00:00The Department of Social Welfare and Development's AYUDA for the Kapos Ang Kita Program or ACAP
00:05is now exempted from the spending ban.
00:08Based on the Memorandum Order 01080 issued by the Commission on Elections or COMELEC,
00:14the COMELEC approved the 12.6 billion pesos fund of ACAP to be exempted.
00:20And there are 11 other programs of the DSWD included in the exemption.
00:25However, based on the Memorandum, even if ACAP, AICS, and 4Ps are already exempted from the spending ban,
00:31it is now prohibited from May 2 to 12,
00:35except for burial and medical assistance.
00:38Candidates are also not allowed to attend the distribution of the so-called AYUDA.
