00:00Okay, thanks for coming on today. I had a few phone calls earlier from different reporters
00:10asking me questions about the press statement, so I thought I'd try to clear everything
00:15up at once. So, I've got a short statement to make, and then I'll field any questions
00:21that you may have. Of course, needless to say, disappointed that no buyer came forward.
00:30It's a putting hundreds of thousands of pounds a day to try and find a buyer, and to satisfy
00:37the SFA and SPFL rules to operate this season can cost a million all in. As you saw, the
00:47administration reached out to me, and I offered to fund 25% of the purchase price of the funding
00:55requirement on the basis that no buyer came forward. But I do need help on the 75% balances.
01:05It needs doing quickly, and Alan McKenzie, that people know, has offered to pull together
01:13the major shareholders this week to see, as he did last August, to see if we can get something
01:19going to find a solution to the 75% shortfall that we would have. Things need to be done
01:28quickly to retain the football licences with the SPFL, SFA, to retain the squad for next
01:38season, to keep the football and commercial momentum going, and not very nice, but to
01:46avoid liquidation. So I need help, and that's where we're at at this point in time. Disappointed
01:56that no buyer came forward, and that we're in the situation that we're in. We've been
02:00trying for a long time now. I tried pre-administration. The administration has tried to fix the problems.
02:08There's a lot of noise about the football club, which we all know, and we are where we are.
02:13So I'll take any questions that you might want to ask me.
