China is reportedly prosecuting a Taiwan-based publisher who has been in Chinese detention for two years, and who published books critical of the Chinese Communist Party's regime.

00:13Li Yen-he, who's better known by his pen name Fu Cha, was detained two years ago on
00:20a trip to Shanghai to renounce his Chinese citizenship.
00:26Chinese authorities said later Li was suspected of activities jeopardizing national security.
00:33Taiwan's semi-official Straits Exchange Foundation says they're continuing to monitor the case.
00:39They haven't confirmed his indictment.
00:42Taiwan's government sees the case as making a symbolic propaganda example of a man who
