00:24Their ambition is to qualify Chino Tanconchan for the upcoming 2038 Los Angeles Olympics.

00:33Using impressive gold medal finishes in the big international tournaments held last year until this year,

00:41this is a big advantage for Chino to get the slot to advance to the Olympic stage.

00:47But despite this, Chino will not play in the Sambo sport, but in the Judo sport,

00:53because Sambo is not yet included in the sports they play in the Olympics.

00:58But this is not an excuse because Chino is one of the athletes who has experience in playing some combat sports,

01:05such as being a consistent UAAP Judo Gold Medalist and Silver Medalist in the 2023 Southeast Asian Games in wrestling.

01:14In PTV Sports, the Filipino Sambo President Paolo Tanconchan shared that this is a big advantage for Chino

01:21to be able to face heavier and Olympic-caliber athletes after his campaign in the 2025 Dutch Open Sambo Championships.
