00:39at the Tampoy Police Station. Arun confirmed that police will investigate the case under
00:44Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt, and called for all parties to
00:50cooperate fully with the police investigation. According to Elijah's social media account,
00:56when confronted, he explained that he was not Muslim. The aggressor allegedly demanded
01:01to see his identification card before slapping him. Minister Arun urged all Malaysians to
01:10interact with one another in a civilized manner, always respect each other's culture, and practice
01:16the values of understanding, respect, and acceptance. He also emphasized that issues
01:22affecting national unity must not be taken lightly.
