Le 60e Tirreno-Adriatico s'est conclu ce dimanche avec un sprint royal et la victoire de Jonathan Milan (Lidl-Trek), sa deuxième de la semaine. L'Italien a dominé Sam Bennett (Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale) et Olav Kooij (Visma | Lease a Bike). L'Espagnol de 22 ans, Juan Ayuso (UAE Team Emirates XRG) a été sacré au classement général après avoir fait une course parfaite (2e du chrono et vainqueur de l'étape reine). C'est son deuxième succès sur une course par étapes WorldTour. Filippo Ganna (INEOS Grenadiers) a gagné une place grace aux bonifications du sprint intermédiaire, Tiberi (Bahrain-Victorious).
