02:07have the urge to make focaccia, which I'm really excited for.
02:09My friend has this recipe that's like super easy to improve and I want to make a cute
02:14cherry tomato one.
02:15And also I need to deal with this little guy because butter hasn't gotten groomed in like
02:19two and a half months because last time the groomers really shaved him down.

02:24It finally grew out and it's getting a little long and shaggy.
02:28But first I have to go to the potty studio because I have a couple of fruit jars I need
02:33to trim and like do some last finishing touches and I'm sure I'll find myself at a cafe or
02:37something sometime this week.
02:38So I guess I'll see you at the potty studio and for the rest of this week.

03:03Okay, today my task is to trim three of these like fruit jars that I made.
03:12This one's a strawberry, this one's a dragon fruit, and this one's a lemon.
03:16And then the plan is to try to like stab a hole on the side so I could insert a spoon
03:22so it can become like three little spice jars.
03:24We'll see if it works.
03:25I really just have to smooth out the bottoms.
03:27And then I threw this chip and dip and my task is to figure out which glaze I should
03:34glaze it with.
03:35I have two here.
03:36They're both like bluish, dusty blue glazes.

03:40And then my last thing to do is to trim these two like just dinner plates that I make.

06:41Today I wanted to try to make this like bon appetit, easy, no need for caution recipe.

06:47So basically all you need is your yeast, warm water and honey.
06:52I think the honey feeds the yeast.
06:54Let it sit for like five minutes and then you put your flour in and then you let it
06:56sit and then you knead it and add olive oil and that's it.
07:02So I rolled that.

07:06This is teaspoon.
07:08Five minutes.
07:09Okay.
07:10So it's been five minutes and it's like kind of bubbly and blooming.
07:31And now it looks something like this and she's literally swimming in olive oil, but

07:47And it says to cover for plastic wrap and you can either leave it in the fridge overnight
07:51to let it rise, but I'm just going to leave it in the warm spot.
07:56That looks pretty sunny to me.
07:59So now I'm going to grease this, I don't know, baking pan with butter.
08:04This is vegan butter, but it's the only one I have.
08:06And then I waited like only like two, three hours.
08:10I put it near the sun and it literally doubled in size and I'm going to transfer it in.
08:13But there's a certain technique that you do to make sure it's like, low key, not bad.

08:35Then you're going to leave this uncovered in like a warm spot for like an hour and a
08:38half to two until it doubles in size again.
08:41I have no idea how this works, but hopefully you can double the size.
