00:16Well, Putin can never be trusted. He's a KGB officer. He's gone to war with the West over
00:21the past 15 years. And he's delighted to see the United States, Europe and Ukraine fighting,
00:28as we have in the last month. All those fights and disagreements have only benefited Russia.
00:35It's hopeful that we are going to serve in a new direction now, that Ukraine is being
00:40a little bit more cooperative with the Trump administration. So I'm hopeful that that period
00:45of bickering is over and we can have a united front. But yes, Putin absolutely wants to
00:50use that. But he's going to use that whether there's a ceasefire or no ceasefire. He's
00:53going to continue to try to divide the West from Europe using all sorts of propaganda
00:58techniques and military coercion as well.
