00:00Not even half of the month of March, Fire Prevention Month, more than 70 were affected by the fire in the country, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:09This was added after four residents were affected by the fire in a compound in Malabon.

00:20The fire that woke some families in Barangay Longos, Malabon, caught fire at 3 o'clock this morning.

00:27According to the BFP, less than 11 families were affected by the fire that caught first alarm

00:33and hit six houses made of light materials.

00:37One family here seems to have taken the world when they confirmed that four of their children were trapped in the fire in their house.

00:46When we woke up, we ran. Four of us were lost among the residents.

00:54We took a towel and covered ourselves with it because the fire started from the top and we were forced to go out.

01:04I didn't know that they didn't follow us.

01:07A 25-year-old woman was killed, her nine-year-old son and two of her siblings.

01:14One of the victims is a person with a disability.

01:18The four casualties are in the back portion of their residence.

01:24They were possibly trapped in a room where they were all together.

01:29Three people were injured in the fire.

01:31Maylin's mother was about to go to work when the fire started.

01:36I saw the fire. My children were really hurt.

01:41Other houses were also burned down.

01:43They were forced to go out and almost nothing was left.

01:47It took more than three hours for the fire to start before it was completely extinguished.

01:51It took a long time because the electricity was still active.

01:56We requested for a time now in Meralco to cut the power supply.

02:03The good thing here is that the firewall was confined.

02:06That's why only one compound was burned.

02:10In Barangay Holmuna, for the time being, several families are being burned.
