00:00PNP Anti-Cyber Crime Group, or PNP-ACG, will further intensify their cyber patrolling against
00:07cyber election-related incidents.
00:09Two months before the election, the PNP-ACG has already recorded seven election-related
00:14incidents, or ERIs.
00:16According to PNP-ACG spokesperson Police Lieutenant Walen May Arancillo, the victims include two
00:22mayors, a board member, and barangay captains from Region 6, Region 13, Region 11, and Region
00:281.
00:29Both suspects have already been charged for violating the anti-cyber crime law, while
00:33one remains under investigation.
00:35The ACG is expecting a rise in the number of similar cases as the election draws near.
