Protesters and supporters of former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte gathered in front of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague, Netherlands where he is due to face charges.
Philippine police arrested Duterte in Manila on Tuesday and sent him by plane to the Netherlands to face charges of crimes against humanity over deadly anti-drugs crackdowns he oversaw while in office.
Duterte is expected to arrive by jet at the Rotterdam Airport later in the afternoon and be transported to the Detention Prison in Scheveningen near The Hague.

00:00It shows how violent, how unafraid he is to talk about his human rights and commitment.
00:18How do you feel about that?
00:24I'm a bit close to the food stamp.
00:28Where are the others?
00:31There they are.
00:36I mean, he was very...
00:38Thank you, well.
00:39Let's go.
00:40Is it over?
00:41Let's go.
00:42Because I might be late.
00:43We're in remembering the time during his administration that basically gave a blanket immunity and encouraged this culture of terror for anyone who was suspected as a drug user and there was no due process at all.
01:03There were 30,000 people who were killed randomly without due process.
01:07Among them, more than 100 were children.
01:10And even beyond that, several other people who were simply red-tagged, activists, journalists who were daring to challenge the government were red-tagged as terrorists and also were then killed as victims in this war.
01:40I do know, of course, that the other side is also very hurting.
01:43It's a very emotional experience for people.
01:46Politics has long been a patronage-like, personality-driven process in the country.
01:54At the end of the day, we're all Filipinos, so it is hurting us.
01:59But we must stand firm to the principles that we all personally believe in.
02:05So next time, we have permission to stand here and we are going to shout our rights.
02:16In the beginning, they don't have a warrant of arrest to our president.
02:22That's why Filipino people are really, now it's very, the commotion is too high.
02:27Even in the Philippines, all over the places in the Philippines is very stressed.
