Transcript
00:00There is a crackdown happening in National Capital's Delhi on illegal Bangladeshi residents.
00:05Over 20 illegal Bangladeshis reportedly have been rounded up in the National Capital.
00:10Remember there has been not only a concern but a demand as well that has come in that
00:15at least for those who have no documentation, who have been living here and have somehow
00:20managed to make local guarantee cards as well, need to be checked, verified.
00:25The police have been conducting searches for a while now, raids against alleged infiltrators
00:31across Delhi, especially in areas where there are settlements of the illegal Bangladeshis.
00:37When did they arrive, since when have they been residing, how are they getting all the
00:41support and more.
00:43So as of now a verification drive also is being done.
00:46These are the visuals coming in.
00:47Remember that for the new government, the BJP government in Delhi, this had been in
00:52many ways a promise as well but also this is something that they are attempting to show
00:56that they are taking concern of.
00:58Especially remember there are these settlements of whether the Rohingyas or the Bangladeshis.
01:03Many of them were absolutely not entering into India through legal verified means.
01:11Arvind Ojha joins me for the latest on that.
01:13Arvind, tell us how will the Delhi Police and the government have a crackdown this time
01:19and how are the illegal Bangladeshis being caught?
02:19Alright Arvind, thank you very much for the details.
03:20Constant twists and turns coming in from Karnataka.
03:23The smuggling racket, is this beyond just one actress?
03:26The Central Bureau of Investigation intensifying the probe into the international smuggling
03:30angle now that is coming in.
03:32Now it started with Kannada actress Rania Rao who was arrested, then a co-accused being
03:36seen as one, Hotel Sai and Tarun Raju.
03:38Now India Today has accessed Rania Rao's wedding pictures showing that Chief Minister Siddharam
03:45Iyer, Home Minister Jee Parmeshwara were at the wedding.
03:49So basically to reflect that the couple or at least the actress clearly knew senior leaders
03:56at least of the Congress party.
03:57The probe agency will now analyse further wedding footage and guest lists, were there
04:02any kind of expensive gifts, high profile links or any other party leaders also will
04:07be in the radar.
04:08But remember the lens now moves to Rania's husband who has been an architect.
04:12Jatin Hokeri allegedly took frequent trips as well to Dubai, cops will investigate if
04:16he had any role to play in this.
04:18BJP and Congress meanwhile have logged into a blame game.
04:21They are accusing each other that the other party is basically the one linked to this
04:26smuggling racket and nexus.
06:43All this angles are being probed as well as one person, her associate called Tarun Raju
06:48has been arrested and sent to 4 days of judicial custody by DRI is what we are told.
06:52Nagarjun I request you to please stay on with me because let's jog the memory of a viewer
06:58right now.
06:59Beg your pardon there.
07:00The starlet's gold smuggling racket has been busted but what is currently with the investigators?
07:06What are they finding right now?
07:07Remember they were intercepted, she was intercepted at the Bengaluru International Airport when
07:12she arrived from Dubai.
07:13Now this was despite an on-site constable saying don't check her, she's a DGP rank officer's
07:20daughter.
07:21But what when the security check was done found was questionable goods, gold bars at
07:28the Green Channel.
07:29Now there was a complete denial carrying any dutable goods, gold or contraband.
07:34So there was a defence that came.
07:36She was allowed to pass through a certain door frame metal detector but it was the hand
07:40baggage trolley that was scanned but no contraband was found either to which there appeared to
07:46be perhaps a reminder that there is nothing wrong.
07:49Then a personal search was done despite trying best to evade it.
07:54In that personal search there were wrapped gold bars on the waist, on the legs as well.
08:00There was a modified jacket that this actress was wearing in which these gold bars were
08:04concealed.
08:05Cut pieces were found in shoes and pockets.
08:09Remember these were not simply some gold ornaments that were bought.
08:12These were gold bars.
08:13That is how the number of gold bars recovered.
08:1724 carat gold worth over 12 crore rupees weighing over 14 kilograms.
08:22All of this needs to be informed officially because there's a certain duty that then needs
08:27to be added to it.
08:28But of course the officials were not allowed.
08:31And follow-up search at the residence led to cash seizure, jewellery as well.
08:35All of this is according to the DRI arrest memo that we are quoting and that has become
08:40a lot of trouble for this actress.
08:42So take a look at this report right now where the investigation is proceeding because the
08:46DRI and the officials are not looking at just this actress.
08:49They are looking at possibly a larger smuggling syndicate involving Bengaluru, India and perhaps
08:56other countries too.
09:02The web is unravelling in the Karnataka gold smuggling racket and the news is tightening
09:08on an international smuggling nexus.
09:11Two accused, actor Rania Rao and her friend Tarun Raju are in the custody of the Directorate
09:17of Revenue Intelligence.
09:19Tarun is a Karnataka hotelier's grandson and is suspected to be the racket's co-conspirator.
09:26Sources say Rania's phone calls to Tarun helped the DRI nail him down.
09:31Sources say the two go way back as friends but despite strained ties later on, they allegedly
09:36kept the smuggling operation going.
09:38Tarun allegedly helped Rania carry out the Dubai operation.
09:42The probe is deepening.
09:44Dubai and Malaysian contacts were found on Rania Rao's phone, triggering speculation
09:49she may have been involved in an international ring.
09:52While the spotlight is back on Rania Rao's DGP stepfather Ramachandra Rao, the Karnataka
09:59government ordered investigations by two different agencies.
10:02First, the CID will be probing the DGP's stepfather's role in the racket.
10:07The next investigation will be against Ramachandra Rao's role in protocol violations at the Bengaluru
10:13airport and finally, against the police personnel who aided Rania's smuggling by violating all
10:19protocol.
10:20Whether Rania Rao had any help from political or police influences on the investigation?
10:25Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar dismissed the DGP's charge of a congress minister's
10:30role as political gossip.
10:55International smuggling nexus, the DGP's stepfather's role, politicians and finally
11:22the police.
11:23The stakes are high in this gold racket probe.
11:26Bureau report, India Today.
11:39There are right now chaotic scenes being seen right outside the Vidhan Soudha in Karnataka
11:43and the question here coming in from the BJP, will Karnataka taxpayers now fund the Congress
11:49Party workers as well?
11:51The BJP is now claiming 60 crore rupees government funding has been set for Congress workers.
11:5760 crore rupees for Congress workers.
12:00This is right now over the guarantee splurge coming in.
12:03Basically the BJP leaders as you can see are protesting that why, what about the salary
12:08to the Congress workers?
12:09Where is this coming from?
12:10Is this coming from the government?
12:11That means from taxpayers' money.
12:13Immediately going across to my colleague, Sagai Raj for the latest.
12:16Sagai, go ahead.
12:18What are you picking up about what exactly is the BJP claiming here?
12:22You can see that BJP staged protests in front of Vidhan Soudha demanding that the Karnataka
12:29should, Karnataka government should roll back the order which has been passed that they'll
12:33be dispersing the salary to Congress workers who are appointed as president and vice president
12:38to look after the implementation of guarantee schemes in every single city.
12:44So this is a government program and the Congress have justified saying that just like how you
12:49appoint the board of directors in various organizations, various cooperatives, likewise
12:55they are also appointing the Congress workers in various boards which will look after the
13:01implementation of guarantee schemes.
13:03Like whether the people are getting the guarantee schemes or whether they have any kind of hassle.
13:09These members, these leaders will look into it and they will be getting the government
13:13salary to them.
13:14So the BJP has staged a protest demanding that you should roll back, you should not
13:19try to give the funds from the government and they have also hit out at Karnataka Congress
13:25government that when you don't have funds for guarantees, you don't have funds for various
13:28other boards and various other issues but still you have allocated 60 crore rupees to
13:35give salaries to your own Congress employees.
13:37So this is something which is unacceptable and they are...
13:41Stay on with the sagay, stay on with us, we have reactions coming in from the Bharatiya Janata Party.
13:45C.T. Ravi, senior leader speaking.
13:47How long will this go on?
13:50How long will this go on?
13:51How long will this ego last?
13:52We will also see.
13:53What do you want to say about Rania Rao's case?
13:56Rania Rao's case is being properly investigated.
14:01Who is behind it?
14:02There are big names in the discussion.
14:05Some ministers' names are also in the discussion.
14:08All right, so remember BJP leaders are also right now currently on protest full on from
14:15all sides targeting the Congress government.
14:17Let's listen in to R. Ashok now.
14:18So, Congress now, they are raising all the taxes.
14:35Petrol, diesel, milk, everything.
14:38They are collecting the money from the poor.
14:41They are giving the Congress Party workers.
14:44Here, who is working for the government development, for the education,
14:49Asha Karekarta, Anganwadi Karekarta, they are crying.
14:53They are taking 3,000, 4,000, 5,000 rupees monthly.
14:57These Congress people are taking 40,000 rupees.
15:01More than 60 crores of money they are looting Congress people.
15:06That's why this is constitutionally illegal.
15:11Because poor money, poor taxpayers' money going to Congress Party workers' pocket.
15:16This is illegal.
15:17That's why we are protesting.
15:19We are submitting the memorandum to the governor.
15:25R. Ashok, remember, the leader of opposition in the Karnataka assembly right now.
15:29Sagai continues to be with us.
15:31Sagai, tell me this.
15:33This looks like a strategy clearly of the BJP to charge.
15:37This is a serious allegation.
15:39People of Karnataka are listening right now.
15:41When the BJP says, now Congress workers will get a salary from the Karnataka or Bengaluru taxpayers' money.
15:53If you notice that this has been a practice from a very long time,
15:56whether it is BJP or Congress,
15:58whenever you are appointing a board of directors for various corporations, various boards,
16:04you go ahead and appoint Congress workers or Congress leaders.
16:07And the Congress has justified just like you are appointing board chairmen and others from Congress workers.
16:12Likewise, we are appointing the same Congress workers to look after the guarantee schemes implemented or not.
16:18But the BJP is demanding that why you have to pay from the government?
16:22You should pay from the party. Why are you doing this?
16:25So the government has justified.
16:27When you appoint same BJP workers as board of chairmen and corporation head,
16:31why not the Congress can do?
16:33The BJP is staging the protest and this is not something new.
16:37This particular order was implemented on 24th of July 2024.
16:41Despite two assembly sessions, now the BJP has taken up.
16:44In fact, BJP has taken up very late.
16:46They were supposed to take up probably during the month of December.
16:50Sagai, I can see behind you the BJP leaders are full on protesting right outside the Vidhan Soudha premises.
16:55Stay on because just a short while ago,
16:57Sagai spoke to the senior leader of the BJP, C T Ravi.
17:01Let's listen in.
17:32So that's what C T Ravi is saying that you don't have money,
17:36you don't have power,
17:38you don't have power,
17:40you don't have power,
17:42you don't have power,
17:44you don't have power,
17:46you don't have power,
17:48you don't have power,
17:50you don't have power,
17:52you don't have power,
17:54you don't have power,
17:56you don't have power,
17:58So that's what C T Ravi is saying that you don't have money for so many guarantees that the government promised.
18:03But somehow there's money coming in for the Congress workers as salaries.
18:08So I bring in Sagai again.
18:09Sagai, just put it in perspective for us.
18:11How did the issue of Congress workers getting salary,
18:15which should be a Congress organizational decision,
18:18becoming a BJP versus Congress and in many ways government versus opposition blame game?
18:28See, absolutely.
18:29The BJP has claimed that when they don't have money for
18:32disbursement of guarantee money to the people and beneficiaries,
18:36when you don't have money for various other programs and you increase the taxes,
18:41you increase the prices of water and various other amenities,
18:45why you don't utilize the same money for all those things and reduce the burden on the people?
18:49Why you have to create an extra post for Congress workers
18:53and you use the tax funds to disburse as a salary around 60 crore rupees to all these appointees?
19:01So the BJP is demanding that you should roll back, you should reconsider.
19:05Yesterday, even on the floor of the House,
19:07the Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, D K S Rukumar,
19:10has categorically mentioned that when you appoint the BJP workers of Board of Chairmen and various other things,
19:15why can't Congress do that?
19:17They are doing the same thing what the BJP had done when they were in power.
19:21And they also said that they will try to consider in the Thursday Cabinet meeting,
19:25tomorrow there is a Cabinet meeting, they will try to discuss about it,
19:28but they did not promise that they will roll back.
19:30They protested inside the House and they staged a walkout
19:33and now today in front of Vidas Odha,
19:35the BJP is continuing the protest demanding the Karnataka Congress government
19:39to roll back that particular program.
19:41Sagai, we will be tracking the latest on this, stay on with me
19:45because right now remember in Karnataka the visuals that you are looking at
19:48is BJP in opposition, full on strategy to charge at the Congress government
19:53while already remember they have been in controversy in the recent
19:56smuggling allegation that has come in
19:59to which the Congress says we have nothing to do with it.
20:01It's possibly the former BJP government that gave real estate deals.
20:05Now the BJP says look at another issue, Congress workers are getting salary
20:09from the party, from the government
20:12and taxpayers of the state will have to now pay for it.
20:18Let me now tell you about the center state from Tamil Nadu DMK
20:32over the language issue, the national education policy
20:35that's become a huge showdown and is reflective in the parliament as well.
20:39The battle over the NEP has intensified in Tamil Nadu specifically
20:42turning into a full-fledged political storm.
20:45But backing the three-language policy under the education policy
20:48Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan
20:50is accusing Stalin specifically of being a hypocrite
20:54trying to store political brownies here.
20:56He is accusing Dravida Minister Karagam, the ruling party of the state
20:59of taking a U-turn over the policy.
21:02But the DMK continues with the criticism.
21:04They are saying this is betrayal of Tamil people, their policy.
21:07Tamil Nadu according to the DMK already has an established successful education model.
21:12Why will they want to adopt the NEP?
21:43This statement, why restrict to just three languages?
21:49We will promote as many languages as possible.
21:52In Andhra, we have a plan to promote over ten languages
21:56including global language as part of the academic programs.
22:12Today, our economy is globalized.
22:17The young people who study technology do not know English.
22:22Japan does not know English. China knows Mandarin.
22:25Israel knows Hebrew.
22:28If the young people of my country learn five languages of the world
22:32and five languages of my country
22:35why will I restrict anyone?
22:37I should not have any objection.
22:39Still, I pay attention to the cultural sensitivity of the young people.
22:43Because I can understand the pain of the DMK's friends.
22:48Those who betrayed us in those days,
22:52they still remember the pain.
22:54They still think this is a three-language formula.
22:56This is a three-language formula.
22:58We have made it according to the needs of the world.
23:01This has been done through consultancy.
23:03In the coming days, it will be based on discussion.
23:06No one can blame anyone.
23:08It is unfortunate that the DMK party
23:11once again raking up the issue of three languages
23:15in the school education curriculum.
23:19The three-language concept is not introduced by the BJP.
23:22It was well before the BJP formed the government.
23:26But unfortunately, the DMK party
23:29in view of the next assembly elections in Tamil Nadu
23:33they are raising this issue.
23:35I hope the people of Tamil Nadu will understand it.
24:05So you cannot show a letter which was written in prayer
24:09and totally conceal a letter which was written later.
24:12They have always had one issue.
24:14Hindi should not be forced on us.
24:17We have our language.
24:19Those who study Hindi study it.
24:21But they don't want to impose it on us.
24:23They don't want to impose it on us.
24:25I urge the union government to reconsider
24:30and to analyze.
24:32Again, they have to analyze and make a research.
24:35And they can amend the new education policy.
24:39But still, as I am a student,
24:43as I am a public,
24:45I oppose the new education policy.
25:02The Rishikunda Palace.
25:03This is literally the name that it's been given.
25:06It's a tourism resort in Vizag.
25:08Supposed to be used also as Jaganmohan Reddy's office cum residence.
25:12It lies unused for now because there's been
25:14several violations, allegations against it,
25:17especially of environmental violations because it's atop a hill.
25:20Built at a cost of approximately 500 crore rupees.
25:23The palace area is spread over 10 acres, 7 blocks.
25:27The resort, so to say officially, is also fully equipped.
25:30There is literally an inbuilt road toward the palace area.
25:34There is a full on drainage, power substation,
25:37Italian marbling, gold accents in the washrooms as well.
25:42There's a spa and jacuzzi, possibly multiple spas and jacuzzis.
25:46Imported furniture.
25:48These are some of the key features we are told.
25:50These are, for the first time,
25:52you're looking at visuals as close and from as inside as possible
25:56to get to you.
25:57It's a picturesque Rashikanda area, a hill area basically.
26:01And look at this.
26:03It's absolutely luxurious in nature but clearly unused right now.
26:07Fully remote controlled curtains as well.
26:1050 crores were spent just on landscaping.
26:1350 crore rupees just on landscaping.
26:15We are told interiors are over 30 crore rupees.
26:19Even the bathtubs, look at that, 40 lakh rupees.
26:23Well, if I may give you more details,
26:25we are told even the commode is about 10 to 12 lakh rupees.
26:29We are talking about clearly political royalty here.
26:32But this is, remember, why this has turned controversial is,
26:35one, because it's a politician, he's been a former CM,
26:39but coastal regulation zone clearances violation has come in.
26:43Environmental norms were broken.
26:45These are the charges coming in right now.
26:47And when you excavate almost half of the scenic beachfront,
26:51look at that, the hill.
26:53How did he get access to literally a hill which was completely excavated?
26:59Look at that.
27:00You see how the hill possibly was earlier.
27:02And now this is what it looks like.
27:04We have details coming in from my colleague on the ground,
27:07Apoorva Jayachandran.
27:09What you can see behind me is the Rishikonda Palace.
27:13And the question that remains to be answered is,
27:17what happens to the Rishikonda Palace
27:20after its construction for almost over three years back?
27:25Sprawled across 9.8 acres,
27:28and the construction alone worth over rupees 500 crores.
27:33The TDP led India government,
27:35after it had come to power in the recent victory in 2024,
27:40the question remains as to what happens to this palatial structure
27:45that had been built atop Rishikonda Hills here in Visakhapatnam
27:50by the Bay of Bengal and the sea.
27:53What the more important question that raises is that
27:56each of these buildings that have been standing remain idle,
28:01but the interiors and the exteriors likewise have been completely remodeled,
28:08refurbished and intricately designed to the likes of the YSRCP chief
28:14and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and his family,
28:20as this was TDP allergist,
28:23supposed to be the office cum residence of Jaganmohan Reddy
28:28had he shifted to Vizag post his victory in 2024.
28:33The TDP led India government now has a mammoth task ahead
28:37as to see what happens to this palatial structure.
28:41Is it going to be just remaining idle or is the public's funds,
28:48be it over rupees 500 crores that had been spent on this building,
28:53worth goes of that money.
28:56All amenities spread across in worth over rupees 500 crores,
29:02this is going to be a huge toll for how the TDP led India government
29:08will go ahead and take forth a decision on this place.
29:13Over 500 crores worth of residential cum office property
29:19at the sea facing view that you can see of the Rishikonda hill.
29:24What is going to be the decision that will be taken?
29:28That's a question for Mr. Naidu.
29:31Italian model time 10 acres of land that had been set for this Rishikonda palace,
29:40which included imported granite,
29:42210 years costing rupees 15 lakhs each,
29:47cozy interiors designed at a cost of rupees 33 crores,
29:51imported furniture,
29:53spacious washrooms with commodes each costing rupees 15 lakhs,
29:58landscaping with exotic imported plants and advanced sound system,
30:04a homogenous home cater screen among several of the features.
30:10The design which has been spread across these four major blocks,
30:16see lavish chandeliers, conference rooms and several amenities
30:22that have been set up right from the corner of the CMO office.
30:26Public governance improving anything is all public money.
30:30It is not a Zamindar using his property.
30:33It is in a democracy and the people, the money belongs to the people.
30:38I was in Andhra Pradesh government.
30:40I worked with prime ministers.
30:42But they all wanted expenditures to be low.
30:46They all realized public money cannot be tested.
30:50But unfortunately here public money was plunged.
30:54And that kind of Italian marble waste of money is a crime against the people of Andhra Pradesh.
31:00We think probably Vishakhapatnam will be the biggest data center hub
31:04obviously towards the east of the country.
31:07We need to give that confidence to all the investors who are coming down.
31:11Probably the foundations laid by the YSR Congress Party government
31:15and the leadership of YSR Jaganmohan Reddy garu
31:17hope this government takes it forward
31:19and hope the central government also will be in a positive vibe to this issue.
31:50One of the important things Pooja that I must point out is
31:53when we entered there the entire area has been cordoned off.
31:57No public can be able to access it.
32:01Let me remind you over two years entire building premises had been built.
32:06There is 24x7 security that is kept there.
32:10But apart from the security and the maintenance people
32:13be it the lawnmowers or the people who are taking care of the building
32:18the caretakers there, nobody else is allowed inside.
32:21One of the most jarring things that we noticed when we went inside
32:25were just boxes and boxes of furniture that were left unopened.
32:30Remember these are thousands of lakhs and lakhs of worth of money
32:37that had been spent just on these high-perishing amenities there
32:42be it the Italian marble, the fine tapestries that had been there
32:51and across each room all of them that had been specifically handpicked
32:55for the likes and the taste of the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh
33:00YSR Jaganmohan Reddy and of them that have been kept in boxes there left unopened.
33:07One of the more important things to be noticed is that
33:10remember two years since there hasn't been any kind of habitation in this building
33:15but each and every that passes it is that there has been a rising cost
33:21of just managing this building as well.
33:24The vast premise that it holds, a private helipad that had been
33:29earlier on what was smaller had been extended onto a much larger helipad there as well.
33:35The landscaping, the kind of you know a plethora of vegetation
33:40and you know the plantation that had been kept there amongst the hill
33:44all of this you can see are just you know some of the extravaganza fittings
33:49that can be seen and even in the evening.
33:52Well done Apoorva for getting us this exclusive ground report
33:55because it's important for the public to understand that someone who's been
33:58an elected Chief Minister how did he manage to get all of this cleared and made it?
34:03It's unused right now because it's facing allegations, violations, a case is on in it
34:07but here's India Today's Sneha Murdani decoding the splurge
34:11on what many say is literally a palace.
34:16This is being explained as far as you know the tax payers money really is concerned.
34:22Let's tell you a little about the splurge.
34:23Interiors of the house you know was at the cost of 33 crore rupees
34:28and that's the kind of splurge that this palatial bungalow has seen.
34:32Landscaping for 50 crore rupees that's the amount that has been spent.
34:37Bathtubs 40 lakh rupees on bathtubs that's the kind of money that has been spent
34:42in the bathrooms as well.
34:43For commode 10 to 12 lakh rupees is what the estimate essentially is
34:48as far as Jaganmohan Reddy's bungalow is concerned.
34:51Chandeliers 2 lakh rupees each and photon castle AC 2 lakh rupees each
34:57for the air conditioners that's the kind of money that has been spent.
35:01I'm just mind-boggling really Apoorva on how this was even allowed.
35:08The taxpayers money at a time when the state is reeling under debt
35:13it's cash-strapped and that's the kind of expenditure
35:16on the former chief minister's and the then chief minister's bungalow.
35:25The Holi festival barely two days away but there could be some sensitivities involved
35:30especially in parts of Uttar Pradesh.
35:32Stringent guidelines have now been issued in the state of UP
35:35with regard to the Holi festival.
35:37Here's what you need to know.
35:38Now remember that the Holi festival on 14th of March
35:41is also coinciding with the Friday namaz prayers.
35:45Now it shouldn't be an issue otherwise it's a diverse country
35:48everyone can celebrate and practice faith
35:50but it did appear that in Sambal there could be some tensions
35:53and therefore the cops have been on alert.
35:56There are these flag marks so to say by the cops.
35:59The patrol that is being done.
36:01But because some of these areas are sensitive communal hotspots
36:05they'll be under police scanner.
36:07What does this mean?
36:08Especially in mixed demography areas CCTV, drones will be deployed
36:12to avoid that there is no communal clash that may emerge.
36:17A three-layer security zone has been created.
36:19A riot zone is being created in Sambal.
36:22Remember it was in Sambal where also a senior cop had said
36:26that there must be an understanding
36:29that this is a festival that comes once in a year
36:32and even the namazis should let the festival happen
36:35at least till afternoon when the prayers then can be allowed.
36:38Let's listen in now to the reactions that are coming in
36:41and a ground report by my colleague on this.
36:45In view of Holi and Rang Ekadashi
36:47security measures have been increased in Sambal, Uttar Pradesh.
36:51Right now I'm outside Sambal's Shahi Jama Masjid
36:54where I would like to show you in the pictures behind me
36:56that you can see that PSA and RRF soldiers
37:00have been deployed in large numbers here.
37:03Not only outside the Shahi Jama Masjid
37:05but also in different corners of the city
37:07we can see that the same police has been deployed.
37:10And the district administration is visible on the ground.
37:13Peace committees have been formed
37:15because last year in the month of November
37:17it was seen in Sambal that due to violence
37:21five people lose their lives.
37:23In the meantime, not only on ground zero
37:26but also on social media
37:28surveillance is being done through CCTV and drones.
37:33The city has been divided into 6 sectors, 6 zones and 29 sectors.
37:39And you will see barricades everywhere.
37:41Police administration will be visible
37:43so that there is no mischief on the ground.
37:48Because it is Holi.
37:50We will see Jummah prayers on the same day.
37:53Peace committees are being formed
37:55so that both Holi and Jummah prayers can be performed peacefully.
38:01We have appealed to everyone
38:03to play Holi before 2.30 pm.
38:06And after 2.30 pm, those who want to offer their Jummah prayers
38:10should offer their prayers.
38:12Both communities should celebrate this festival peacefully.
38:17Support police and administration.
38:19If a person has been forced to wear a Kulal
38:24and he feels this way
38:26then he should go to the police station or police station.
38:30Police will take strict action against him.
38:32No person needs to take law into his own hands.
38:47Tamil Nadu BJP leader Annamalai is pat on the back for NTK chief Seeman.
38:51Here is what has happened.
38:53Tamil Nadu BJP chief Annamalai is saying
38:55keep fighting bro.
38:57And the video that has come in.
38:59He has been a critic of Periyar
39:03who is otherwise seen as an icon in Tamil Nadu.
39:07A controversial figure.
39:09But has got this individual
39:11who has been a critic of him
39:13has got the backing from Bharatiya Janata Party leader
39:15Nirmala Sitharaman
39:17is slamming DMK's Periyar support
39:19saying it was Periyar in fact
39:21that DMK calls as an icon
39:23as a role model
39:25who called Tamil
39:27Tamilians, Tamil Nadu as barbaric.
39:45Keep fighting bro.
39:55Go, go, go.
39:57Go, go, go.
40:23Go, go, go.
40:25Go, go, go.
40:27Go, go, go.
40:29Go, go, go.
40:31Go, go, go.
40:33Go, go, go.
40:35Go, go, go.
40:37Go, go, go.
40:39Go, go, go.
40:41Go, go, go.
40:43Go, go, go.
40:45Go, go, go.
40:47Go, go, go.
40:49Go, go, go.
40:51Go, go, go.
40:53Go, go, go.
40:55Go, go, go.
40:57Go, go, go.
40:59Go, go, go.
41:01Go, go, go.
41:03Go, go, go.
41:05Go, go, go.
41:07Go, go, go.
41:09Go, go, go.
41:11Go, go, go.
41:13Go, go, go.
41:15Go, go, go.
41:17Go, go, go.
41:19Go, go, go.
41:21And repeatedly says,
41:23Tamil is a barbaric
41:25language.
41:27Look at the
41:29hypocrisy. They keep his
41:31photo in every room.
41:33I'm sure even in the parliament office of that party
41:35his photo is there.
41:37They garland him and they worship
41:39him and they say he is the icon
41:41of Davidian movement.
41:43But he said Tamil is
41:45So, sir,
41:47I'm saying
41:49unbelievable
41:51that this
41:53person is
41:55worshipped. But our poor
41:57Dharmendra Pradhan just said, don't do
41:59uncivil protest. He is being accused.
42:01And if their love for Tamil
42:03is so much, how can they worship
42:05somebody who said Tamil is a
42:07Katumarandi Basha.
42:09Sir, for just
42:11saying your protests are uncivil,
42:13they made the education
42:15minister to withdraw
42:17his statement.
42:19When a man repeatedly says
42:21Tamil is a
42:23barbaric language.
42:25Katumarandi Basha.
42:27Look at the hypocrisy.
42:29They keep his photo in every
42:31room. I'm sure even in the parliament
42:33office of that party his photo
42:35is there. They garland him
42:37and they worship him and they say he
42:39is the icon of Davidian movement.
42:41But he said Tamil
42:43is Katumarandi Basha.
42:45So sir,
42:47I'm saying
42:49unbelievable
42:51that this person
42:53is worshipped.
42:55But our poor Dharmendra Pradhan
42:57just said, don't do uncivil protest.
42:59He is being accused. And if
43:01their love for Tamil is so much,
43:03how can they worship somebody who said
43:05Tamil is a Katumarandi Basha.
