00:00Now if you haven't heard the Chicago Bears have just signed Grady Jarrett to a three-year 43.5

00:05million deal. Jarrett was recently released by the Atlanta Falcons. His release sent waves

00:10through the NFL because he's been such a staple on the Falcons defensive line for over a decade.

00:16So when the Bears had the opportunity to sign him, GM Ryan Poles didn't hesitate.

00:20He made the move quickly and it's a huge step for the team in the right direction.
