00:00In the industry that you are hands-on with,
00:05do you think enough has been done for women?
00:08Is there scope more to increase women in the workforce?
00:11So honestly in the creative space, I feel women are leading from the front.
00:17We recently did an acquisition with a company called Pocket Aces
00:20that manages influencers. That's led by a woman.
00:23So it's a very natural progression that in the creative space
00:26you have a lot of women who are up front and center.
00:30Yes, when you look at just actors, for example,
00:36and they form a large part of the industry,
00:38there's always a debate on pay parity and things like that.
00:41But I think that's a debate that sometimes happens across the board.
00:45However, I feel in media per se, if I look at saree kama,
00:50there is no discussion.
00:52The pay has nothing to do with if you're a woman or a man.
00:55It's about your ability, your capability and what position you're at.
00:59It's as simple as that.
01:00And a large part of our leadership team is women.
