The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Friday (March 7) ordered an immigration officer to enter his defence on charges of falsifying documents for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme.

The court ruled that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against Shamsudin Ishak, 51.

00:45Act, the accused faces up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to RM500,000 or both if convicted.
00:53The accused, who has been suspended from duty, informed the court that he would testify under
00:59oath from the witness stand.
