00:35Exhaustion or even heat stroke because of this face-to-face classes have been suspended in some schools

01:16Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA is implementing a 30-minute heat stroke policy for field personnel as

01:33MMDA personnel will take breaks in shift to ensure traffic enforcers and street sweepers remain visible and field
