00:29And since the heat index is under extreme caution people at risk of experiencing heat cramps heat

00:35Exhaustion or even heat stroke because of this face-to-face classes have been suspended in some schools

00:42However, parents and students still seems to prefer face-to-face classes

01:06Advise schools to avoid outdoor activities due to the extreme hot weather always drink water to stay hydrated and bring an umbrella or hot

01:16Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority or MMDA is implementing a 30-minute heat stroke policy for field personnel as

01:25Precautionary measure against the hot weather

01:27This applies to traffic enforcers and street sweepers the policy aims to protect them from heat related illnesses

01:33MMDA personnel will take breaks in shift to ensure traffic enforcers and street sweepers remain visible and field
