What makes Easter special for you, and how do you usually celebrate?
Transcript
00:00I'm very open to the religious side of it, definitely, but no, I think it's a nice tradition
00:08to celebrate the, obviously, the death of Christ and the resurrection of Christ.
00:13I think it's kind of lost a bit of its value in a way.
00:15I grew up Catholic, but like as a queer person, I'm still negotiating that identity.
00:21But I think, yeah, Easter is something that secular society can benefit from enormously.
00:28I mean, it reminds us that, yeah, like on a seasonal level, we see cycles of death and rebirth.
00:34And yeah, I think it reminds us to live within those cycles and to continue to hope for change and to hope for new possibilities.
00:48So, yeah, we have hot cross buns. Fantastic.
00:52Whack a bit of butter on there. Toasted.
00:55Pretty nice. Favorite Easter egg? I'd pop mini eggs any day.
