00:00So I'm really delighted that the Irish delegation is here today to continue strengthening that
00:05friendship as we work to bring huge benefits to the people of both countries by delivering
00:12greater trade, prosperity and security. Now many of you will know that as Prime Minister my focus
00:21is on delivering change, improving people's lives, boosting growth so we can raise living standards
00:28and put more money in people's pockets and deliver the public services that people need.
00:33But of course we can do much more when we work together with others and as I've said before I
00:41don't believe that the relationship between the UK and Ireland has ever reached its full potential
00:47and I'm delighted that now with this summit we're going to change all of that. What an opportunity.
