00:58To be honest, the value of the fund for this project is 1.8 billion pesos.

01:03But the use of the fund is lower, so the design of the bridge was affected.

01:21If you look closely, this is supposed to be a suspension bridge.

01:34This is the only suspension bridge that I have seen in the world that does not have a cable.

01:44When he first saw this problem, he had to fix it.

01:49When we first did this, the original budget was 900 million pesos.

01:54It reached 1.2 million pesos because it was refitted.

01:58When the construction started, it was already seen that it was moving, that it was weak.

02:20But the specifications were wrong.

02:22That's why the Executive Board is very worried because it seems like back to zero.
