00:00A man was arrested for rape in his workplace in Valenzuela.

00:10The accused's defense is that there was no rape because the victim is his lover.

00:17Here is the first news, Bea Binlac.

00:19After more than a decade, this 30-year-old man was arrested in Occidental, Mendoro.

00:31He was raped in his workplace in a burger stand in Valenzuela.

00:36The victim said that he was forced to go to his house.

00:41Then he took advantage of the victim.

00:45There was no occasion or anything. He just entered his bedroom.

00:54The accused hid in a farm in Mamburao, Occidental, Mendoro since 2014.

01:01He was arrested by the police because of the informant who taught him how to rape.

01:07After being arrested, the police sent the accused back to Valenzuela Police Station to be jailed.

01:14He denied the crime.

01:16It was because of our liking. She's my girlfriend. We're in a relationship.

01:21It's not true that I raped her. God knows.

01:25I haven't had a girlfriend since what she did to me.

01:30He also denied that he hid for more than a decade.

01:34It's true that I didn't hide. I really belong to Mendoro.

01:38The accused is facing a non-bailable rape case.
