Thousands of revellers line city streets for Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade

Sydney streets were awash with colour, lights and glitter for the 2025 gay and lesbian Mardi Gras parade. 10,000 people marched down Oxford Street for the annual celebration of all things queer. And while revellers expecting to see Kylie Minogue in person were left disappointed, the popstar sent a special message to fans from her concert in Sydney Olympic Park.
