00:05Yeah, it's a green mimosa.

00:13You can make it by the glass,
00:14which is how we're gonna do it,
00:15but you can also put it in a big, huge batch
00:16and just have it for your friends.
00:18So we're gonna be adding in our orange juice.
00:20This is a white grapefruit juice,
00:22so you're gonna get this really beautiful acidity,
00:23a little bit of tartness.
00:24Here's the fun part, we're gonna turn this mimosa green.
00:27We're gonna add in our blue curacao, prosecco.
00:30And then last but not least,
00:31we have to garnish this and theme with St. Patrick's Day.
00:33So we have our rainbow with our golden skewers.
