Poll reveal Hobart’s Macquarie Point stadium unpopular in Liberal Party heartland

Both of Tasmania’s major political parties are insisting the Macquarie Point stadium must proceed, despite new polling that shows the project remains highly divisive, and it is especially unpopular with northern Tasmanians. New polling data coincided with a meeting of stadium opponents in Hobart today.
