01:18There are challenges that we can consider as they support patients for continuity of
01:22care but also the identification, research and recovery of patients, especially infectious
01:29ones, such as those who have measles, cholera or mpox who ended up in the community.
01:36So the search for these cases is also a challenge right now.
01:43As the rebels continue to advance towards the city of Ouvira, the NGO Doctors Without
01:47Borders warns that medical facilities there have already been hit by artillery.
