00:00It's a men's mental health hub. We've got pool tables, dart boards, obviously there's
00:07always going to be coffee and drinks for people to come. Basically it's just a safe space
00:10for men to come, someone to talk to, and not go to the pool, you know, and not fall into
00:16a bit of a trap. So it's basically just somewhere where men can come, not be judged, not be
00:22criticised, just be in a nice comfortable environment. And as you can see there's lots
00:26of men in here, you know, we can have a laugh, joke, shoot some pool, you know, and just
00:31enjoy life a little bit. It's going to be a safe space, so with Primal Instinct we like
00:35to create safe spaces for men. It's going to be a safe space where men, if they're around
00:40the Telford area, they just want to walk in, have a conversation, just somebody to offload
00:45their information to. We're there to listen, there's going to be no judgement, if we let
00:49them go on a handshake, that's what we want. We want to shape men's lives. We have like
00:54up to 100 people turn up for the cold water dips. At the minute it's unsafe due to the
01:00river rising so high, but as soon as we hit the end of March, they're back up and running
01:05again. You know what the river itself is like in Ironbridge, it always pierces banks, so
01:11as soon as the banks are okay, we're back in there. It started off with a lad called
01:15Ricky Ripa, and he started doing cold water dips on his own. I went and joined him, and
01:21then we just started putting it out there, because we felt good after we did it. We started
01:25putting it out there, and then these guys joined, and it just went, oh, now we're up
01:29to like 200 members in Primal Instinct, and every month we have events like AIM Board
01:37and Go Cart here. We're not coming with funding, we have support from a few local businesses,
01:43a lot of small businesses. As you can see, this hub here, the money's been raised from
01:48all the men who are in Primal Instinct, who are doing charity events.
01:52So any donations would be great.
