00:00A ship carrying illegal drugs was stopped by the Philippine Coast Guard and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
00:10In the joint statement of the two agencies, they stated that the alleged ship was outside the exclusive economic zone of the country but near the town of Mindoro.
