00:42The LTF-RB has just implemented the comprehensive education for drivers of buses, trucks, jeeps and UV Express.

01:40In Ilocos Region, the consultation of the LTF-RB-1 for the upcoming program was conducted by the LTF-RB, which is different from what the LTO is implementing.
