00:10state of La Guaira, the Minister of Interior, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello,
00:14welcomed the third flight of Venezuelans including women, children and teenagers.
00:18Cabello stated that state agencies prepared the medical and psychological protocols for
00:22the evaluation of some 94 men, 75 youth and 74 women. The plan's return to the homeland has
00:29a humanist nature born in the Bolivarian Revolution, by the hand of President Nicolás
00:34Maduro in 2018. Its mission is the return of Venezuelan migrants free of charge
00:39and with respect for their rights.
