00:00My last experience with the NHS has been positive, in fact I have to say most of my experiences
00:06with them have been positive.
00:07They're pretty good actually overall and I've moved into the modern world of technology
00:11now because you can book your appointments online and any repeat prescriptions online
00:16so they do provide a really good service I think.
00:18I've got a chronic illness so I have had a lot of contact with it. The problem I think
00:22with the NHS is if you're ever in there and you can't feed yourself and go to the toilet
00:28etc and you're waiting in a queue in A&E and you're in pain, it's very, very, very,
00:34very difficult.
00:35It seems to be getting harder and harder to see a doctor. A lot of access is available
00:40in many different ways so actually seeing a doctor face to face is getting harder.
00:45I couldn't complain about the length of time, it's up to get referred so personally I've
00:51been quite happy considering the financial pressures that they're obviously under, you've
00:54got to bear that in mind.
00:56I do think we need fundamental change in the NHS moving forward.
