00:03A property in Danesmoor has been closed following reports of antisocial behaviour.
00:09The house was a scene of significant antisocial behaviour in the community,
00:13Claycross Police Safer Neighbourhood Team has reported.
00:16The property has been closed following joint work between local police officers,
00:20North East Derbyshire District Council and Ricknell Homes.
00:24A spokesperson for Claycross Safer Neighbourhood Team said,
00:27If you are seeing behaviour that is negatively impacting you and your community,
00:31then please report it.
00:33Without information from the public,
00:35it is really hard to address the issues with actions like this
00:38and directing our resources where they are most required.
00:43More than £1.7 million has been approved by Derbyshire County Council
00:48for five projects to improve facilities and opportunities for children and young people.
00:54One of the projects being funded is a new fully accessible high ropes course for children,
00:59including those with special educational needs and disabilities,
01:02at the Council's Lee Green Learning and Development Centre.
01:06Four schools, including Shybrook Academy, Eureka Primary School in Swaddling Coat,
01:11Norbriggs Primary School in Chesterfield and Thornset Primary School in New Mills,
01:16will also receive funds for new classrooms, extensions or improvement works.
