ingredients :

Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
Salt (as per taste)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Spinach Leaves Water - ½ cup
Water (as required)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) - 1
Onion (chopped) - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Carrot (grated) - 1
Cabbage 1 cup (Chopped )
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder (roasted) - 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Dried Fenugreek Leaves -1 tbsp
Potato 1 (boiled & mashed)
Paneer (grated) - 50 gms
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Wheat Flour (for dusting)
Oil - 1tsp

00:00Today I am going to show you a healthy and tasty lunch box recipe.
00:12Let's make Harabara Mix Veg Paratha.
00:15Take 1.5 cup wheat flour in a bowl.
00:18Add salt to taste.
00:21Add 2 tbsp oil.
00:24Mix everything well.
00:28I have ground 5-6 spinach leaves in a grinder along with some water.
00:33Add spinach water little by little and make a soft dough.
00:45Add some more water.
00:51Dough is ready for making paratha.
00:53Now let's make stuffing.
00:55Add 2 tbsp oil.
00:57Add 1 tsp cumin seeds.
00:59Add 1 finely chopped green chilli.
01:01Add 1 finely chopped onion.
01:03Saute the onion for a minute.
01:08Add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste.
01:13Add 1 finely chopped capsicum.
01:18Add 1 grated carrot.
01:22Add 1 cup finely chopped cabbage.
01:25Saute everything well.
01:28You can increase or decrease the quantity of vegetables as per your choice.
01:32Do not over cook the vegetables.
01:34Now let's add spices to it.
01:36Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder.
01:38Add 1 tsp turmeric powder.
01:40Add 1 tsp roasted cumin powder.
01:42Add 1 tsp coriander powder.
01:44Add 1 tsp garam masala.
01:46Add salt to taste.
01:48Add 1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves.
01:50Saute everything well.
01:56For binding, I have boiled and mashed a big potato.
02:00Let's add that.
02:01Add 50 gm grated paneer.
02:06Add some coriander leaves.
02:08Mix potato and paneer well with the vegetables.
02:15Turn off the flame.
02:17Stuffing is ready.
02:19Let the stuffing cool down.
02:22Stuffing has cooled down.
02:24Now let's start making paratha.
02:26To make paratha, take a small dough ball.
02:36I am going to make a big roti.
02:40Roti is ready.
02:43I have rolled the dough ball thin like a roti.
02:46Now let's add stuffing to it.
02:49Take 1 or 2 tsp stuffing.
02:51Keep it in the centre.
02:55Now cover it like this.
02:59Give it a shape of a leaf.
03:02Cover the paratha like this.
03:04So that all the edges are closed like this.
03:06And your stuffing doesn't come out.
03:08Paratha is ready.
03:10But let's roll it.
03:14We have rolled the paratha.
03:16Similarly, let's make all the parathas.
03:20All the parathas are ready.
03:22Now let's fry them.
03:30Now I am adding 1 tsp oil.
03:32You can also fry it in ghee.
03:42I have fried it till golden brown from both the sides.
03:49Now let's serve it.
