04:04It wants to be an in crew chief, right?
04:06But they don't have a spot in their ecosystem for him to move up to
04:10They can send him over here and get that experience and they keep him in the family
04:15We don't lose him to another organization because he's gonna want to be a crew chief eventually one day, right?
04:20So you might get that opportunity outside of our organization. We'd like we'd rather him to stay here. So a lot of people
