00:40the car was stolen by suspects from the owner

00:44last year in the area of Rizal.

00:47And almost five months ago,

00:49the three men were found dead in the HPG checkpoint.

00:55In this checkpoint,

00:57the driver was flagged down by using an improvised plate.

01:02So when they apprehended him,

01:04he ran to our troops

01:09and he was also flagged down.

01:11But the car ran away and another one was caught

01:13by the three suspects who were driving the car.

01:15Two of them escaped

01:17and one of them was caught by our comrades.

01:23we found out that this car has six plates.

02:10He was brought to the HPG Calabarzon headquarters.

02:13Another wanted in carnapping was also arrested

02:16in Gingoong City, Misamis Oriental.
