00:00A father was arrested in Quezon City for molesting his minor child in Cebu in 2023. He pleaded guilty to the crime.

00:14You have a case in the regional trial court of Francisco, Ostrof City, in the case of sexual assault. Meanwhile, I'm with the witness.

00:22The warrant of arrest was issued. The men of Barbosa Police Station arrested this man in Caloocan City.

00:28That was after he molested his 15-year-old daughter in Cebu in 2023.

00:34He was drunk. He entered a room. He thought that his room was his room. He hugged the person inside.

00:43That person was his son. His son complained to his grandmother. His grandmother complained to the husband of the suspect.

00:51The husband filed a case.

00:54He hid in the area of Sampaloc, Manila. He was accused of molesting his wife.

00:59A week of surveillance of the authorities lasted until he was arrested in a house in Bagumbong, Caloocan.

01:06According to the 43-year-old accused, he did not allow his wife to touch him for a year. That's why he committed the crime.

01:15Maybe that's what happened. He hugged me, but he didn't touch me. Maybe there's a part of me that's not happy.

01:27He asked for forgiveness from his family. He was able to talk to his family and provided them with sustenance.

01:34As of now, the accused will remain in the custody of Barbosa Police Station while awaiting the commitment order of the court.
