00:00We know that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West do still occasionally come together to do things for their kids, usually at sporting events.
00:08But we don't get to see or even hear their interactions at those events, but here's a rare look into that.
00:16So they recorded this obviously for an episode of the Kardashians, but you remember last summer North made her debut at the Hollywood Bowl.

00:25In a live-action Lion King production, and they were both there.
00:30So you got to see the moment that Kim and Kanye were not just sitting next to each other at a basketball game, which we've seen,
00:36but in the same room talking about their daughter and this big moment in her life.
00:42And getting involved in the production of the show.

00:49Well, yeah, I guess she did.
00:51Her dad has been involved and he came to rehearsal and he's like, can we change the graphics to the Lion King?
00:58And I'm like, of course, of course.
01:01And I just look at them and I'm like, it will be a better production.
01:06Kanye and I want the best for the kids.
01:09And so anytime we're here supporting our child, it's always good vibes.

01:17And anyone that's hating on a kid is just like a hater.

01:43When you look at what happened here, that they had influence over the production, they were Lively Reynolds before Lively and Reynolds were a thing.
01:51I, what wasn't clear to me is whether or not the folks at Disney actually did change the graphics.

02:00What I thought was interesting is that Kim immediately supported, co-signed, and I was like, oh, well, if Kanye thinks it's going to be better.

02:17We didn't know, but it appears that maybe some changes were made because at the very end, you see Kanye, his reaction to the performance, and he's like, wow, that was so good.

03:29However, I can't help to feel this is a case of keeping up with the appearances just for the show ratings of keeping up with the Kardashians.
03:39I also feel that Northwest wasn't suitable for the role and only got the part due to who our parents were to retry the Nepo baby conversation.
03:51But it is interesting that what if that production were happening this summer?
03:56You got to remember last summer, Kanye was not.
