00:00Kim Zolciak and Kroy Bierman, they're just not going to patch this up this time.
00:04The divorce is still going forward and the only people who might be celebrating in and
00:11around their world are the Atlanta police because they won't be going out to their house
00:17anymore as we've shown you over the last few years how many times the police have had to
00:22go out there for different disputes between them.
00:25The cops won't be going there because they have sold the home.
00:27So $1.99.
00:28No.
00:29Well, it kept going down.
00:30Well, it did keep going down and down and down.
00:35And I think obviously people weren't biting at their price because they knew they had
00:39to sell this.
00:40Right.
00:41They have got a lot of financial issues along with just their marital issues.
00:46But they found a buyer.
00:47And this buyer got a really good deal.
00:49They bought it for $2.75 and if you remember Kim and Kroy, $6 million in 2023.
00:58Smoke.
00:59Oh.
01:00Oh my God.
01:01They got a great deal.
01:03Kim and Kroy robbed and all this.
01:05But honestly, as you guys know, we've talked about all the drama, all the police calls
01:10to this house.
01:11It was just time for them to part ways and accept whatever they could, whatever they
01:16could get.
01:17Brendan, the other thing is though that I'm sure this thing is mortgaged to the hilt given
01:22their financial problems.
01:24So I'm not sure they're walking away with any money.
01:25No, I don't think they're walking.
01:27They're definitely going to be taking a loss.
01:28Yeah.
01:29Yeah.
01:30And I feel like in this situation, the banks probably got their eye on it and said, oh
01:33wait, TMZ just said they sold the house.
01:35Wait, we need to get that $2.75 million.
01:39It was in foreclosure, right?
01:41It was.
01:42And then it was the day it was going to auction, the auction fell out because it was like,
01:45it seemed like they had gotten like a last minute buyer.
01:49And then a few months later, here we are now, because that was supposed to be in December.
01:52Here we are now.
01:53They sold it right around the beginning of January.
01:56You had a visceral reaction.
01:57I'm sorry.
01:58I didn't like that at all.
01:59I'm sorry, Mr. Interior Decorator, which was not sitting well with you in the house.
02:04I didn't want to.
02:05He couldn't even help himself.
02:06He's like, ooh, ooh, boy, going to have to remodel that.
02:10That room's going to need to be redone.
02:11I'm sorry, I didn't mean that.
02:13Well, maybe you should have stepped up and made a bid.
02:17Oh my God.
02:18So they're living separately right now.
02:20They both have, I think, apartments in that area.
02:23But Brendan, they have still called police even after they moved out.
02:28Yeah, that's correct.
02:29So we know that they both got their own places that they've been renting, not too far from
02:33the marital home.
02:34But yes, there was that incident where they had gotten in the fight.
02:37Kim was accusing him of basically recording on a camera that was somewhere near, in between
02:43the master bedroom and the bathroom.
02:46She accused him of doing weird things in front of the camera.
02:50So yes.
02:51But I can imagine the police are relieved that they will no longer be visiting this
02:56address.
02:57I'm Alina Tarkazikis from South Florida.
03:00And I think closing the door literally on this next chapter is what's best for their
03:04family.
03:05I mean, it's sad to see a once loving couple go through such a messy split, but it is a
03:10step forward.
03:11I mean, they did get only half of what they had originally asked for for the house, but
03:16they avoided auction.
03:17It looks like they're staying close by, which is great for the kids.
03:20I'm wishing them all the best and rooting for peace and healing.
03:23Yeah, that seems an elusive concept right now.
03:27Yeah.
03:28Don't hold your breath.
