00:32I followed up on February.

00:34They said it was a processing.

00:36I lost hope because it's been a long time.

00:41If I followed up, they said the same thing to me.

00:48It took a year to reach the government who is waiting for help under the Balik Pinas Balik Hanap Buhay program.

00:55On December 27, 2024,

00:58I called my brother and sister and told them that my file was approved and that I have a cheque.

01:07But when the cheque was about to be cashed in the bank,

01:11they told me that the cheque cannot be replaced because it's been 180 days since the cheque was replaced.

01:17I replaced it with OAH.

01:19At that time, I read the request for the reissue.

01:24That's why we are sleeping there, to help us start again.

01:30But if that's their process, how can we start again?

01:40Your heart and action man fell asleep in OAH Region 4A.

01:43Explained by the OAH Welfare Assistance Program of Region 4A,

01:47on June 28, 2024, the cheque of Krizley is still available.

01:55On December 24, 2024, the cheque was replaced.

01:57But because it's been six months since the cheque was replaced,

02:02they are now processing the cheque after Krizley returned it.

02:05Krizley is a bright person.

02:07Most of the time, there's no telco signal in their area,

02:09that's why it's hard for him to receive messages and calls.

02:12As of now, the updated cheque of Krizley has been released.
