00:50types, typically manic psychosis, though also schizophreniform-type reactions.

01:01And so, could somebody take microdosing for a couple of weeks and it benefit them?
01:05Yes, I have no doubt that that day will come.
01:08But doing it yourself, I've seen lots and lots of harm, and it's gravely, gravely concerning.
01:14Typically, what I have seen most commonly is sort of a slow onset of mania.
01:20And yes, the manic psychotic episodes can be quite intense where people could need hospitalization,
01:26so I've not typically seen that.
01:28It typically can be managed as an outpatient.
