00:00Okay, here we have a grilled lamb chops, it's marinated with salt, pepper, garlic.
00:25And we get seared on the grill for just only a few minutes, like 5 to 7 minutes.
00:30After that we put in a pan or oven tray, we put them in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes,
00:37180 degrees.
00:38Labneh is condensed garlic, salt, and chopped arabic parsley and tarragon.
00:45After that we bring it to the lamb chops, we plate them and we serve it with a dip labneh.
00:52Today we got a hamour, it's called hamour with tahina sauce.
00:57Basically we got the fresh hamour and we marinate with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and coriander
01:02leaves plus garlic.
01:05We marinate them nicely, we get our oven tray, we just straight away we spread a little bit
01:10of olive oil on top of the tray.
01:12We put the fish, we put the fish for between 15 to 25 minutes in 180 degree oven.
01:19After that, when the fish is being cooked, we bring the fish outside of the oven.
01:25We supposed to have our tahina sauce, hot tahina sauce to be ready.
01:29We put the tahina sauce, lemon juice, little bit of garlic, mix it with little bit of water
01:35if we need.
01:36We plate the fish, we put the fish in a plate.
01:39After that we add the tahina sauce, it's supposed to be hot, warm.
01:43We add the tahina sauce on the top.
01:45We put the coriander leaves and you can be serving with little bit crispy pitted bread
01:49or Arabic bread.
