01:49Ontiveros said that he is not judging Li Duan Wang, but in front of a lot of red flags, he should not immediately grant Filipino citizenship.
01:59Senator Sherwin Gatchalian said that when he heard the red flags, he asked for additional requirements from Wang before agreeing to this citizenship bill.
