00:22hand in hand. Here are some tips to enhance your psychological satisfaction after a meal.
00:28Malika continues, a number of factors come into play to enable your meal to give you the
00:33satisfaction you're looking for. Try slowing down and giving your meal the time and attention it
00:38deserves. Also, practice intuitive eating. This means not just eating what your body craves,
00:44but also tapping into the feeling of full. Eating adequate protein and fiber will help,
00:50but also consider the 80-20 rule. Consume 20% beloved treats and 80% good nutrients,
00:57and you should be able to maintain a balanced nutrient diet. Last, but certainly not least,
01:02try tricking your brain into satisfaction. A simple hack like brushing your teeth after a
01:08meal can signal to your brain that the eating window is over, which diverts attention and nips
01:13cravings.
